Field Assist is ready to use solution. You just need to download the Field Assist application from the play store and have it configured for any Field Executive to get started.

First step for getting the application configured is understanding the as is process and then collecting the relevant sales data. We have a set of very basic data formats like Hierarchy Data, Product data, Outlet Data & Distributor Data as per user workflows. Our complete server architecture is based on Microsoft Azure which ensures 100% data security. Also, all the data available on the tablet/phone is encrypted and cannot be accessed by any means but application. We use OTP verifications for deviations, audit logs powered by Microsoft identity services, hatched encrypted password mechanism to make sure that your data must be safe. Apart from that, we sign a detailed confidentially agreement with you to ensure the data security on our behalf.
No, as mobile penetration is increasing in all the regions across India, we could see the adoption of sales automation more on android mobiles. However, In future, if the industry demand arises, we will develop it.
We at Field Assist organize extensive training sessions to train both Field Executives and Management Team (ASM, RSM) on the use of Field Assist Application and Dashboard with real and on-ground data points and stakeholders. Our core focus in these sessions is to drive change management by making your teams understand the role of automation and how simple mobile app can help in reducing their daily work. We consider the job well done only when our Field Executives genuinely accept FieldAssist as their new assistant.
We have a web-based Field Assist Dashboard where you can see all the Field Data in real-time on your laptop/desktop screen. Also, we have a dedicated section on the Dashboard to download Excel Sheet reports. Few basic reports include Daily Sales Report, Delivery Order Report for Distributor, Monthly Sales Report, and Coverage Summary Report, new outlet addition report, Zero sales outlet report and time spent on per beat report, etc.
To start with we will run a pilot for about 2-3 weeks with a group of 10-12 executives. During the pilot, feedback is collected from multiple teams like IT and sales teams. Once everything is streamlined in the pilot, we go for the full-scale roll-out. Full-scale roll is carried out in 3-4 phases depending on the number of Field Executives or geographic zones (North, West etc.) with in the company.
