Refund Policy

Advances

Advances are eligible for refund only till the time of account provisioning by FieldAssist or within 30 days of making the advance, whichever is earlier. An account is provisioned as soon as there is any exchange of any transactional data by the client into FieldAssist portal. Once an account is provisioned, FieldAssist is not liable to return any advance payment made by client for usage of FieldAssist.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
